The ledger

What connects, what it unlocks, and what always stops to ask.

Connecting an app is only half of it. The other half is what your assistant may then do with it, and where that stops.

  • Commerce. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix, Squarespace, Etsy
  • Payments. Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Cashfree, PayU
  • Logistics. Shiprocket and the delivery providers
  • CRM, Scheduling, Support, Marketing, Messaging, Productivity, Storage and AI. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Calendly, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Slack, Twilio, Notion, Airtable, Trello, Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox and more

It unlocksfor Auto Pilot
  • Order lookup. Ask about an order and it fetches the real one
  • Refunds, proposed with the amount and the order named
  • Customer sync, so orders and customers flow into the contact record
  • Delivery status, read from the courier rather than retyped
  • Journey steps that act on a real system instead of a placeholder
Always stopsguardrails
  • Nothing you connect can act on its own. Refunds, deletions, exports and permission changes always stop and ask
  • Caps are yours, per action, and a proposal above the cap escalates instead of proceeding
  • Credentials stay scoped to what the connection needs
  • Every call is logged, with who approved it, in the same chained record as the rest
Worked example

A refund that touches three systems.

A comment that becomes a checkout.

A review that gets an owner.

A lead ad that becomes a deal.

A balance that settles itself.

A comment that becomes research.

Questions

Asked and answered.

What else does uxjo connect to?

Over a hundred business apps across twelve categories: Commerce, Payments, Logistics, CRM, Scheduling, Support, Marketing, Messaging, Productivity, Storage, AI and Advanced. Anything else with an API can be connected through a custom connection.

Which stores and payment providers are supported?

Commerce includes Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix, Squarespace and Etsy. Payments include Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Cashfree and PayU. Shiprocket and other logistics providers cover delivery.

What happens once an app is connected?

It becomes something your assistant can use. Ask about an order and it looks it up. Ask it to issue a refund and it comes back for your approval first, every time, within a cap you set.

Can a connected app take action on its own?

No. Refunds, deletions, exports and permission changes always stop and ask. Nothing you connect can act without a person approving it, and every call is logged with the approver.

What if the tool I use is not on the list?

If it has an API it can talk to uxjo through a custom connection, and it then behaves like any other integration, including the approval requirement on writes.
