Capability

A CRM that fills itself in.

Every customer, every conversation across every channel, custom fields you define, segments that update themselves, and a full activity timeline. For most businesses it is the CRM.

The ledger

What arrives on its own, what you add, and what you keep.

The reason most CRMs are empty is that somebody has to fill them in. Here the conversation does it.

Arrives on its ownno data entry
  • Anyone who messages you, on any connected channel, with the channel recorded
  • Anyone who comments on a post, matched to an existing contact where possible
  • Anyone who fills a form, with every answer stored as a field
  • Anyone who leaves a review, with the rating and text attached
  • The source, written once at creation and never overwritten
You addand control
  • Custom fields you define, for the things your business actually tracks
  • Tags, applied by hand or by a journey
  • Segments built from any combination, which keep themselves current as behaviour changes
  • A spreadsheet import with the columns mapped for you, ten thousand rows at a time
  • An owner, so a contact has a person as well as a history
You keepguardrails
  • Export what you own, whenever you want. Contacts and conversation history, on request, no ceremony
  • Consent is a field, not a note, checked in the data layer before any send
  • A timeline per contact: what they said, what they bought, what they clicked, what they left in a review
  • Every write is attributed, including merges and imports
Worked example

One contact, filled in by the work itself.

He comments on a reel

A contact exists now, sourced to Instagram, with no typing involved.

contact.created
He messages on WhatsApp

His number arrives, so the phone field fills and consent is captured.

fields set
A form asks his size

The answer becomes a custom field, ready to segment on.

custom field
He buys twice more

Order count and lifetime value update themselves on the record.

orders
A segment picks him up

"Repeat buyers, opted in" recounts itself without anyone rebuilding it.

segment
A journey uses the segment

The next send reaches 1,204 people who all actually qualify.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Does uxjo replace my CRM?

For most businesses it is the CRM. It holds every customer, every conversation across every channel, custom fields you define, segments that update themselves and a full activity timeline.

Do I have to add contacts manually?

No. Every person who messages you, comments on a post, fills a form or leaves a review becomes a contact automatically, with the source recorded at creation.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. Import from a spreadsheet with the columns mapped for you, ten thousand rows at a time, and export what you own whenever you want.

How do segments work?

Build a segment from any combination of fields, tags and behaviour, and it keeps itself current as that behaviour changes. You do not rebuild it before each campaign.

What does a contact timeline show?

What they said, what they bought, what they clicked, what they left in a review, and what first brought them to you, in order and with the channel named.

Is consent stored on the contact?

Yes, as a field rather than a note, and it is checked in the data layer before any send. An opt-out on one channel suppresses the others.
