Email as a journey step.
Bring the provider you already pay for. uxjo composes, sends and records, so email is a step inside a journey rather than a separate tool with its own list.
What uxjo sends, records, and what holds it.
Your provider, your sending reputation. uxjo handles the parts that are easy to get wrong.
- Campaigns and one-off sends, now or scheduled, to an audience you filtered
- Journey steps. Email is a step like any other, so one flow can cross channelsjourney.step
- A plain-text alternative, generated with every message rather than left to chance
- A preheader you write, so the preview line is not the first sentence by accident
- A footer that cannot be removed by accident. Address and unsubscribe link, always attached
- Delivery, opens and clicks, against the same contact that holds their WhatsApp thread
- Unsubscribes as consent state, not as a list someone has to remember to check
- Bounces and complaints, so a bad address stops being retried
- Cost and volume in the same ledger as every other channel
- Unsubscribe is one click, and it is honoured on every channel. Someone who opts out of marketing stays opted out
- Suppression is checked in the data layer, so it holds for a journey and for an API call, not just for the compose screen
- You keep your own reputation. Mail leaves through your provider and your domain, not a shared pool
- Every send is logged with the person who approved it
Four screens you will live in.

Dev unsubscribed from an email. He is now suppressed for marketing on WhatsApp too, because consent lives on the contact rather than on the channel.
The same journey uses whichever channel fits the moment. Nothing is duplicated, and consent is re-checked at every step rather than once at the start.

Asked and answered.
Does uxjo send email?
Yes. Campaigns, one-off sends and journey steps go out through the email provider you already pay for, so you keep your own sending reputation.
Is email a separate tool from the messaging channels?
No. An email step sits beside a WhatsApp step in the same journey, and delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribes are recorded on the same contact card as that person’s WhatsApp thread.
How are unsubscribes handled?
An unsubscribe is one click and is recorded as consent state. Suppression is checked in the data layer, so it holds even for a journey step or an API call, and the footer cannot be removed by accident.
Your journey is the one we have not listed yet.
Every business has a flow that is only theirs. Describe it in a message and we will map it with you, name the triggers, and tell you honestly what runs today and what does not. No form, no wait.
