Enquiry to booking for local services

Most enquiries arrive as a message. The job is to qualify them fast, get a slot in the diary and make sure the person turns up. uxjo does that with structured forms instead of a scroll through chat history.

The journey

What actually happens, in order.

Seven steps across six channels. Each names the channel it runs on and the tool doing the work.

Every channel

What each channel does for this industry.

Not one channel with five spectators. Each one reads, each one can be answered or published to.

GoogleFound, then measured

The queries that produce calls, plus reviews stored with drafted replies.

WhatsAppQualify, book, remind

Forms, assignment, approved templates and dated reminder steps.

FacebookPage enquiries and lead ads

Messenger in the shared queue, and a lead ad submission becoming a contact.

InstagramProof of work

Before and after posts published on a calendar, comments answered from uxjo.

EmailThe slow follow-up

Longer quotes and nudges on your own domain.

YouTubeHow-to video

Watch data and comments captured against contacts.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

How do forms work inside a chat?

A journey asks one question at a time and validates each answer, so what lands on the contact record is structured data rather than a paragraph somebody has to read and retype.

Can two people answer the same enquiry?

No. Each conversation has an explicit owner, and takeover is a recorded action, so the thread cannot be quietly answered twice.

What happens if someone opts out?

Suppression is enforced in the data layer, so it holds for journeys and API calls as well as manual sends, and it applies across every channel rather than just the one they replied on.

Can I add a second number to send faster?

Yes. Pacing is per number rather than per account, so adding a number adds throughput instead of putting the first one at risk.
