Capability

One inbox. Every channel.

WhatsApp messages, Instagram direct messages and comments, and Messenger conversations all arrive in a single inbox, filtered by channel when you want and mixed when you do not.

The ledger

What arrives, what you can do, and what holds it.

One queue does not mean one set of rules. Each platform keeps its own, and uxjo applies them so nobody on your team has to remember them.

Arrives herefrom three platforms
  • WhatsApp conversations, inbound messages and media against the contactmessage.received
  • Instagram direct messages and comments, in the same list rather than a separate tool
  • Facebook Messenger, including conversations that started from a lead ad
  • The channel each one came from, so a filter is a real filter and not a guess
You can doin the queue
  • Reply on any of them without opening the app it came from
  • Assign and take over, explicitly, so two people never answer the same person
  • Tag and resolve exactly the same way regardless of channel
  • Add an internal note that your team sees and the customer never does
  • Filter by channel to focus, or mix them when you do not care where it came from
What holds itguardrails
  • Each platform’s messaging window is applied for you. WhatsApp’s 24 hour service window, Instagram’s and Messenger’s own limits, enforced rather than remembered
  • Outside the window, only an approved template goes out. uxjo blocks the send instead of letting it fail silently
  • Opt-outs are honoured across every channel, not just the one they were given on
  • Every reply carries its author, recorded in the audit log with the time it was sent
Worked example

One customer, three channels, one thread of work.

She comments on a reel

The comment lands in the inbox with her handle and the post it belongs to.

comment captured
She sends a DM as well

Same person, same queue. Anita sees both without switching apps.

direct message
Anita replies once

One answer covers it. The reply is attributed to her and logged.

reply sent
Days later she messages WhatsApp

The thread opens with the Instagram history already attached to the contact.

message.received
Her question is already answered

Nobody asks her to repeat herself, because nothing was lost between channels.

The window is handled

When the WhatsApp service window closes, uxjo switches to an approved template automatically.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Can I answer WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger from one place?

Yes. WhatsApp messages, Instagram direct messages and comments, and Facebook Messenger conversations all arrive in a single inbox. You can filter by channel to focus or mix them together, and assignment, tags and resolution work the same way regardless of where the message came from.

Does the team have to remember each platform’s messaging rules?

No. Each platform imposes its own messaging window, and uxjo applies them for you. Outside the WhatsApp service window only an approved template can go out, and uxjo blocks a send that would fail rather than letting it disappear.

Can two people answer the same customer by accident?

Assignment and takeover are explicit, so a conversation has one owner at a time. Internal notes let your team leave context on the thread without the customer ever seeing it.

Do Instagram comments count as conversations?

They arrive in the same queue as messages, so you can reply, hide or remove a comment from the same screen you use for chats. Where uxjo can match the commenter to an existing contact it does.

Is email in the same inbox?

Email is a sending channel today: campaigns, one-off sends and journey steps go out through your own provider, and delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribes land on the contact. Inbound email replies are not in the shared queue.
