These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Axlr Data Pvt Ltd (“Axlr Data”, “we”, “us”), the company that operates uxjo and the uxjo/wa platform (“Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

uxjo is a platform that connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform to run sales, support and automated journeys, including bring-your-own-model AI agents, in-chat mini-apps, broadcasts and number-health protection. Axlr Data may update or improve the Service over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You’re responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorized to message the contacts you reach, and to connect any third-party tools or numbers you link.

3. Acceptable use

Use uxjo only for lawful, legitimate messaging. You agree not to:

• send unsolicited messages, spam, or message people who have not opted in;
• scrape, harvest or buy phone numbers;
• send content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates WhatsApp’s policies;
• bypass rate limits or the ban-safe pacing that protects your number;
• reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its API.

We pace and score message sending to help protect your number, but compliance with WhatsApp’s terms and applicable law remains your responsibility.

4. Third-party services

uxjo connects to WhatsApp and to tools you choose to link (AI model providers, CRMs, payment processors, MCP servers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, which apply alongside these Terms. WhatsApp’s own per-conversation messaging fees are passed through to you at cost, with no markup.

5. Bring-your-own model

When you connect your own AI model or endpoint, you are responsible for that provider’s terms, costs and outputs. Axlr Data passes prompts and data to your configured provider under your keys; we do not use your conversations to train shared or third-party models.

6. Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time; your plan stays active through the current billing cycle and is non-refundable except where required by law. Usage beyond your plan’s included conversations is billed at the overage rate shown in billing. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

7. Your content & data

You retain ownership of your data, contacts and content. You grant Axlr Data the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. We do not sell your data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The uxjo brand, software and design system are owned by Axlr Data. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the platform or other users, or non-payment. You may stop using and delete your workspace at any time. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axlr Data is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Privacy Policy

Axlr Data Pvt Ltd (“Axlr Data”, “we”) operates uxjo. This Policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the control you have. If anything is unclear, write to privacy@uxjo.com.

1. Who we are

Axlr Data Pvt Ltd is the data controller for account and workspace information. For the conversation data you process through uxjo to reach your customers, you are the controller and Axlr Data acts as your processor.

2. What we collect

• Account data you provide: name, work email, company, billing details.
• Workspace & conversation data needed to deliver the Service: messages, contacts, tags, journey and agent events.
• Usage & device data: log data, IP, browser and product interactions, to keep the Service secure and reliable.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we store limited card metadata only.

3. How we use it

To operate your workspace, route and answer conversations, bill you accurately, protect your number, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train shared AI models.

4. Bring-your-own model

When you connect your own model, your prompts and the relevant data flow to that provider under your keys and their terms. uxjo passes this through to deliver a response; it is not retained by us to improve other customers’ agents.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: the WhatsApp Business Platform (to send and receive messages), sub-processors that help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, payments) under contract, the tools you choose to connect, and authorities where legally required. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

6. International transfers

We may process data in countries other than yours, including India and regions where our infrastructure providers operate, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward, unless you delete it sooner or law requires otherwise. Deleting your workspace removes your data on a defined schedule.

8. Your rights & controls

• Export your contacts and conversation history at any time.
• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Delete your workspace, which removes associated data on schedule.
• Manage which emails and notifications you receive in settings.

To exercise any right, contact privacy@uxjo.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data, including any information uxjo processes on your behalf through the WhatsApp Business Platform, at any time. There are two ways:

• Self-serve: from Settings → Workspace, delete your workspace, or disconnect a WhatsApp number, to remove its associated data on our deletion schedule.
• On request: email privacy@uxjo.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We verify the request and delete your personal data, contacts, conversation history and any WhatsApp Business Account data we hold for you.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, except for a limited set of records we must keep to meet legal, tax or fraud-prevention obligations. Disconnecting your WhatsApp number also stops uxjo from accessing any further data from your WhatsApp Business Account. We will confirm by email once your request is complete.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and ban-safe sending to protect your account and number. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you of incidents that affect you.

11. Changes

We’ll update this Policy as the Service evolves and post the new date above. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
